In these difficult circumstances we respectfully ask that you are patient and treat our customer service team, engineers and any member of the team with respect, to allow us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We believe it is important we maintain positive relationships during difficult times and always do our best to minimise any disruption to your business. However, we will not tolerate:
- Verbal abuse, including verbally insulting or swearing at staff
- Aggressive or intimidating behaviour
- Racial abuse
- Sexual harassment
