No, but it makes things much simpler. If you purchase your Microsoft 365 licenses through Yellowcom, full support, managed onboarding, and expert troubleshooting are automatically included. If you keep your licenses with an external third party, we can still support you, but it requires a separate 'External License Support Add-on'.
