Is mobile access secure?
Yes. Mobile access uses encrypted Bluetooth and cloud authentication. Credentials are securely stored and can be instantly revoked if a device is lost. 2N technology is ISO 27001 certified and meets IEC 62443 cybersecurity standards. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I use these systems for both gates and doors?
Absolutely. We install intercoms for building entrances, internal doors, gates, barriers, and car parks. For remote gates without fixed network access, we offer 4G LTE models that work via SIM card. We’ll design the right solution for your specific site layout.
Can you manage multiple sites from one platform?
Yes. Cloud-based management means you can control intercoms across multiple locations from one secure dashboard. Add or remove users, grant temporary access, monitor entries, and receive alerts—all from anywhere with internet access.
Will this integrate with my existing phone system?
In most cases, yes. 2N intercoms integrate with VoIP phone systems, mobile devices, and SIP-based platforms. If you’re already a Yellowcom customer with an iPECS or Microsoft Teams phone system, integration is seamless. We’ll assess compatibility during your consultation.
What about ongoing maintenance?
We offer fully managed support packages that include firmware updates, system monitoring, and priority technical support. Alternatively, systems can be managed in-house if you have IT staff. 2N products come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty as standard.
