Call Handling Basics

📞 Answering a Call

  • Lift the handset or press Speaker
  • Use the PICKUP soft key or flashing Flex key to answer other lines

📲 Making a Call

  • External: Dial 9 + number
  • Internal: Dial the extension or press a programmed Flex key

🔁 Transferring a Call

  • Press Transfer or TRANS soft key
  • Dial the destination number or use a Flex key
  • Announce or hang up to complete
  • Press Transfer again to return to caller if needed

🔇 Rejecting a Call

  • Press DND during ringing to send a busy signal

Advanced Features

🔕 Do Not Disturb (DND)

  • Press DND to activate or deactivate

🔂 Call Forwarding

Press right arrow to find FWD soft key:
1 – Forward All
2 – Forward on Busy
3 – Forward on No Answer
4 – Forward on Busy/No Answer
5 – Disable (press #)

📞 Ad-Hoc Conference

  • Call first contact > Press Flex key
  • Call second contact > Press same Flex key twice to merge

📁 Directory Access

  • Press Dir, type name using dial pad (e.g. 5 twice for “K”)
  • Use arrows and OK to dial

Voicemail Access & Settings

📧 Accessing Voicemail

  • Press MSG, then:
    1 – Call back
    2 – Missed calls
    3 – Voicemail
    4 – Internal SMS

⏸ Parking a Call

  • Press Transfer, dial #601 or press assigned Park key
  • Hang up
  • To retrieve: lift handset and dial park code or press the Park key

📞 Call Logs

  • Press LOG soft key
  • Browse calls with arrows
  • Use SEND to redial or DETAIL for more info

🕓 Camp On

  • Press * to wait or MSG for a callback if the extension is busy
